In my experience, the important thing is to identify the cause - and so often at the root of the problem we find distractions, disconnectedness, criticism we are subconsciously carrying around, etc. In this powerful 10 minute meditation to beat writer's block, we are going to deeply and mindfully focus on allowing ourselves to release that baggage, ground in the present moment, and connect to our deep creative souls.
