But it also happened to a man named Ryan Kelly, who had gotten stuck inside of a water slide support pipe at El Dorado Aquatic & Fitness center in Scottsdale, Arizona. 6: Inflatable Disaster For a Georgia mother of two, an accident on an inflatable waterslide led to tragedy.
