| Video Discription | Hello everyone Wishing all your sorrows will fade away on this auspicious Bijoya Dashami......May happiness and good will always stay with this I want to share a choclate sandesh recipe which is very simple and anyone can make this recipe with simple ingredients easily available at home. Ingredients : 1 liter milk 2 tbs Choco powder 3 to 4 tbs powder sugar 2 to 4 tbs maida (all purpose flour) 1 tbs lemon juice Handfull of coco chips Method : 1.Take a pan and add the milk and bringbit to boil as the first boil comes add the lemon juice and let it cuddle turn of gas and let it cool. 2.As the milk cuddles properly stain the cuddeled water and clean it with normal water and squeeze it properly.and keep it aside to drain the excess water . 3.As the excess water is drained take out a plate or a plain surface add the chena and start to mash it with the help of palm until smoothen. 4.As it's soft and smooth start to to add the powder sugar and mix an combine properly then add the choco powder and once again combine properly. 4.Now take a non stick pan add the chena and flip flop the chena stir for sometime,then add maida batch by batch to maintain the consistency in a low flame until it's starts to leave the pan once it's ready now turn of the gas 5.Start to give it a shape and garnish with choco chips and offer to Maa durga and family.
