In this video I go over how to deep drop for grouper at the islamorada humps. The Islamorada humps have a lot of rocks and underwater mountains and ledges so you have to be careful when islamorada deep dropping so your deep drop rig doesn't get stuck at the bottom. Deep dropping the islamorada humps can catch grouper and can catch tilefish. We catch grouper and tilefish deep dropping using the South Florida Fishing Channel chicken rig which is my favorite deep drop rig. In the beginning of this video showing how to deep drop I go over my deep dropping setup.
