| Video Discription | This Diwali, say 'Kuch Meetha HoJaye' with these yummy Besan Laddoos. 😋 I have prepared these delicious laddoos with a healthy twist. Scroll down to see the whole recipe. ⬇️ 🅘🅝🅖🅡🅔🅓🅘🅔🅝🅣🅢 🔸2 cup mota besan/ laddoo besan 🔸1/2 cup desi ghee 🔸1/4th cup finely chopped melon seeds (magaj beej) 🔸1 cup jaggery powder. 🔸1/2 tsp cardamom powder. 🔸Turmeric powder. 🔸Chopped almonds for garnishing. 🅟🅡🅔🅟🅐🅡🅐🅣🅘🅞🅝 🔸Roast laddoo besan in a pan for a while before adding ghee. 🔸Add ghee and roast in simmer till you smell a nice aroma coming from it. 🔸Add a pinch of turmeric powder for colour. 🔸Add the chopped melon seeds. 🔸Roast till you get a nice colour. 🔸Add cardamom powder. 🔸 Mix well. 🔸Transfer the roasted besan in a big thali to cool it down to room temperature. 🔸Add jaggery powder when the besan has cooled down. (Pro-tip- If the besan has cooled down, the jaggery powder does not melt and will not make the besan sticky) 🔸Start making round laddoos. 🔸Garnish with chopped almonds on top. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Important Tips: ⛔While making laddoos if the besan is too runny then add roasted besan.
