| Video Discription | We've always wanted to try dog sledding in Canada, and on our last trip to the country, we finally got the chance. We spent 4 days at Sky High Wilderness Ranch near Whitehorse in Yukon, and joined their 'Taste of Mushing' tour. This was different to most tours available - on this one we would be in charge of our own dogs, and we'd have to learn to mush without anybody else on the sled with us. We were also worried about whether or not dog sledding is a responsible activity or not, and did everything we could to learn about the welfare of the animals. After doing this for ourselves and conducting research, we're confident to say this was an absolutely wonderful activity and the dogs were not mistreated at all.
