| Video Discription | I made this video because my friends asked me why I bought a professional dough kneading machine when I have such a "great" Kitchenaid. The Kitchenaid is totally overstrained with heavy yeast dough. Apart from the fact, that after a few minutes it smells terribly like an overheated machine and gets brutally warm, the dough turns around the mixing hook completely unimpressed. This is no way to make a good pizza dough. Take a look at the difference yourself, after that there are no more questions.
