Recipe: - 4 medium/big tomatoes - A little olive oil, about 4 tablespoons/60ml - 9 oz/250g Feta cheese - About 2 teaspoons dried oregano - 12 oz/350g Chorizo - 2 pickled cucumbers - About 9 oz/250g your favorite yellow cheese, I am using Havarti - 2 sweet peppers - 4 eggs - Spring onions and fresh parsley to put on top The video says 12 oz/350g yellow cheese, it should be 9 oz/250g, my mistake. Cook in a preheated oven 392F/200C for 40 minutes, then crack the 4 eggs on top and finish cooking uncovered for 12-15 minutes more. This recipe is enough for 4 people.
