Perfect Jelly Cubes: -In a saucepan,add water & bring it to boil,add strawberry jelly powder,china grass powder & whisk well. -Transfer to a flat dish & let it cool at room temperature until set. -Cut into cubes & set aside. -In a saucepan,add water & bring it to boil,add mango jelly powder,china grass powder & whisk well. -Transfer to a flat dish & let it cool at room temperature until set. -Cut into cubes & set aside. -In a wok,add milk,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil. -In a bowl,add custard powder,milk & whisk well. -Now add dissolved custard in boiling milk,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens. -In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it. -Transfer prepared custard in a bowl & & let it cool while stirring on ice cubes. -Add prepared mango puree,cream & whisk until well combined. -Add boiled colored vermicelli,mango chunks,mixed fruit cocktail,red jelly cubes,yellow jelly cubes, almonds,pistachios & fold gently. -Garnish with mango puree,mango cubes,red & yellow jelly cubes,dry nuts & serve chilled!
