But we didn't want to visit any normal sanctuary - we want to go and visit Lek. Lek is an amazing woman who has dedicated her whole life to rescuing Elephants from captivity and bringing them back to where they belong - in the nature. You can watch her amazing story in a documentary called Love and Bananas - it's really educational and taught us what ethical tourism should look like.
