It's not just the caffeine that can give you the jitters -- additives like guarana, ginseng and taurine can also play havoc with your health. Now, the American Medical Association has called for a ban on marketing of energy drinks to children, while doctors continue to press the FDA to require the makers of these popular drinks to better identify what's in them and to restrict caffeine levels.
