He attended Brigham Young University where he earned a Master’s degree in Accounting with Tax emphasis in Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business. Over the course of 27 years, he worked in corporate tax for well-known Consumer Packaged Goods companies. His second career was as the founder and CEO of Timberline Gas. Elder Bailey is a now a Senior missionary in the Salt Lake City Headquarters Mission. He and his wife, Tammi, serve as Success Coaches in the Student Success Center at Ensign College.
