| Video Discription | This is a First Amendment Audit of the Town hall and Highway department of the town of Niagara on May 13th 2024. No one in the town hall had any problems with the Erie County Fam exercising our First Amendment Right except Amy Stack from the water department. She said "It's my First Amendment Right for you to SHUT OFF YOUR CAMERA!" She also went on to tell the Erie County Fam where we could and couldn't point our first amendment rights... Amy was rude and slushed us along. When she asked assessor James Bird if we could take photos he seems to think he could put up No Trespassing signs inside town hall. At the Highway department it was found that the men leave the keys inside the town trucks. Which is a huge problem if the trucks get stolen because the insurance companies wouldn't cover the trucks if they were stolen and damaged or totaled. They did remove the keys after it being brought to their attention. And the only other thing was that the diesel tank is leaking all over the ground which is a environmental concern.
