Latest ADOBE Update July 2021, MOGRT (Motion Graphics Template) FILES or anything that requires an After Effects composition is just too heavy for the base model M1 MacBook Air. Even after Adobe offers native support for Silicon. Not to mention, this is where the MacBook Air (without a cooling fan, mind you) gets concerningly hot. As a minimalist mobile filmmaker on a budget, it is important that the select investment to keep this channel completely mobile work absolutely. That has not been the case for Premiere Pro and the new M1 Mac Air. Not natively, anyways with the use of Rosetta or even worse ... Windows emulator. Because then, why have a Mac at that point? As an entry level laptop for Apple with all of the praise from the inter webs, WE CREATORS NEED it to work! That is EXACTLY what we are about to do. In this quick TUTORIAL, we go over two common ways to render a stubborn clip (and what it looks like when they don't work and waste hours of your time). By selecting your VIDEO PREVIEW SCRATCH DISK to be saved on an external SSD, you can drag that rendered clip into your timeline, add your music track or audio, and export with lightning speed!
