| Video Discription | One of my star patients underwent a considerable weight loss transformation of about 200 pounds through determination, exercising, and dieting. With that weight loss, he, unfortunately, had significant excess skin causing his skin to sag. He lost his confidence and self-esteem because of the extreme sagging of his skin. Our goal for this patient was to give him a full rejuvenation treatment, removing all of the excess skin, revealing his muscular definition. ⁉️HOW IT WAS DONE: We removed the extra skin from his chest, removed the excess breast tissue beneath the nipple, and performed a free nipple graft on a new bed, giving him the squared-off, more masculine look to his chest. We then performed an enormous extended abdominoplasty and pubic lift, removing more than two feet of skin's vertical height from his abdomen, revealing his abdominal muscle "6-pack." 🔋RECOVERY: He is healing extraordinarily well, and the scars are becoming less noticeable as the days go on.
