| Video Discription | The EMD F59PHI locomotive was built from 1994 to 2001. For the last 20 years, they have been used by Amtrak on Pacific Surfliner and Amtrak Cascades trains. In 2018, these locomotives were replaced by new Siemens SC-44 Charger locomotives.
