Do try it out for your next chip and dip party 🎉 Ingredients I used: - 4 tomatoes, cut from the center - 5 to 6 thick cloves of garlic - 1/4 cup onions finely chopped - coriander leaves, finely chopped - 1 green chilli, finely chopped (optional, add if you like it spicy) - salt - 1/4 tsp red chilli powder (customize as preferred) - 1/4 tsp cumin powder - 1/2 lemon juice Procedure: - Fry garlic till it slightly changes colour. - Place tomatoes on the pan facing the cut side down and keep them covered till they cook well. - Remove the peels. - Mash then well along with the garlic and add all the ingredients mentioned above.
