The narrative of this hypnosis is inspired by a trip I took over a long weekend to a small village called Corfe in Dorset, UK https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corfe_Castle. This village has a ruined castle that was originally built in the 11th century. I also spent a night in the lovely B&B called Morton's Manor which was beautiful manor house in the village steeped in rich history and charm.
