| Video Discription | We had a customer state that they needed a car towed to our shop from another shop. They had said they the other shop wasn't doing any work to their Saab and they wanted to get it running again. They also stated that they had two other vehicles and wanted to have them towed to the shop as well. I told them that I will agree to only one vehicle at a time as we do not have parking spots for multiple vehicle that do not run and have been parked for years. After moving the Saab to the lot, the customer failed to pay for the tow bill. They also stated they couldn't afford diagnostic of the first car right now. After several weeks contact was lost with the customer and he randomly showed up and again asked to have the two other vehicles towed into the lot. After denying his request he asked other shops in the area and proceeded to bad mouth every shop that had been trying to work with him. It was a farce to get free parking for a bunch of junkyard vehicles.
