| Video Discription | SARDINE FISH CURRY INGREDIENTS: Sardine fish 8 to10 dry red chilli 8 to 10 coriander seeds 1 n 1/2 table spoon garlic cloves 10 ginger 1 inch fenugreek 1/4 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp tamarind water ( lemonsize tamarind ball ,1 cup water) curry leaves dry roast fenugreek, dry chilli, coriander seeds, in low flame until ingredients are slightly coloured and release warm aroma allow it to cool, transfer to blending jar add water little by little to make smooth paste prepare tamarind water , soak lemon size tamarind in 1 cup warm water after 5 minutes extract the juice / pulp heat oil splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves,add ginger and garlic saute until raw smell goes off add ground masala and saute for few seconds, add tamarind water and bring to boil then add 1 n 1/2 cup or 2 ( water enough for gravy ) cook until the raw smell completly leaves and gravy become thick now add fish pieces and cook until the fish become soft . turn off flame and rest curry atleast for 1 hour . thank you soo much for watching if you like my recipes pls subscribe to my channel and stay connected with me for more recipes.
