| Video Discription | Bodycam footage shows Florida deputies confronting a woman at her Palm Coast home after she called 911 seven times and berated police dispatchers on January 19, 2024. Ebony Romanick claimed she was dealing with a “life or death emergency.” The 27-year-old said her ex-boyfriend stole her two dogs. When Flagler County deputies arrived, Romanick became aggressive and began shouting at law enforcement before allegedly throwing rocks at them. She flipped them off numerous times before slamming the door in their face. When she returned, she picked up rocks from her garden and began throwing them at the deputies while cursing them out. Ebony was arrested and charged with three counts of assault on a law enforcement officer, misuse of 911, and resisting arrest. Two of the assault charges were later dropped. She is still awaiting her day in court.
