| Video Discription | How to make Crispy Fried Banana ! Crispy Fried Banana Ingredients 150g self raising flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 Tbsp. Wheaten cornflour 1/4 tsp salt 1 Tbsp. Sugar 220ml Cold water 500g Banana Method 1. Mix all the ingredients except banana and mix them well. Leave it to rest for 15 minutes. 2. Cut the banana into thin sliced pieces or according to your preference. \ 3. Dip the Banana slices into the mixture before frying. 4. Fry on medium high heat until cooked. 5. Your dish is ready to be served !
