Cook and stir for 30 seconds. Add julienne carrots. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Add red chilies and bean sprouts. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add green onions, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add sesame oil, cook and stir for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
