Put the oats in a saucepan, add pinch of salt and cinnamon. Pour in the milk. 2. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until thickens or until you have the consistency you require. 3. Remove from heat, add mashed banana, honey/maple syrup (optional) and stir. 4. Transfer to a bowl, top with banana and walnuts or any other topping that you like and drizzle some honey or maple syrup (optional). Chocolate Porridge: 1 cup (90g) Rolled oats 2 cups (480ml) Almond milk 2 tablespoons (15g) raw cocoa Pinch Salt 1-2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup + for topping Fruits of your choice for topping Directions: 1. Put the oats in a saucepan, add pinch of salt and cocoa powder. Pour in the milk. 2. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until thickens or until you have the consistency you require. 3. Remove from heat and honey or maple syrup (optional) and stir. 4. Transfer to a bowl, top with your fruits of your choice and drizzle some honey/maple syrup (optional). Coconut Porridge: 1 cup (90g) Rolled oats Pinch salt 2 cups (480ml) Coconut milk 1 tablespoon Coconut oil (optional) 2 tablespoons (12g) Desiccated coconut 1 banana, mashed Maple syrup or honey for topping Fruits of your choice for topping Directions: 1. Put the oats in a saucepan, add pinch of salt. Pour in the milk. 2. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until thickens or until you have the consistency you require. 3. Remove from heat, add mashed banana, coconut oil, desiccated coconut and stir. 4. Transfer to a bowl, top with peach and drizzle some honey/maple syrup (optional).
