And just like film and digital cameras, I love both mechanical and digital watches. For my first watch video, I wanted to start with the G-Shock square. Ok, technically these watches aren't square, but blocky... they're definitely not round. The very first G-Shock was launched by Casio back in 1983, model DW5000C. 40 years later, although the outside looks similar, the technology inside has certainly changed. In this video, I decided to unbox and showcase some of my favourite G Shock squares, ranging from $70 to $4000 USD. Thank you G-Shock Canada for working with me on this video.
