| Video Discription | Gafftopsail Catfish, a.k.a. sail cats, sailfin, or whatever else you wanna call them are one of the most under rated fish in the Gulf. Often they are confused with the hard head catfish and thrown back in the water. Although both species are good to eat, the Gafftop is by far the better eating fish.They fight hard, will strike at lures as well as dead or live bait, and can grow into the double digits. The perfect eating size are the 1-3 pounders and are awesome when fried. I'm going to show you how we clean the fish and cook the fish on this video.
