For this curry, I used very minimal ingredients. Goan KingFish Curry 6-7 Kingfish steaks Ingredients required for curry masala paste 1 cup fresh coconut 12 dried red chillies (Goan local variety) 10-12 peppercorns 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp coriander seeds 1 medium onion (roughly chopped) Tamarind (lime sized tamarind) 1/2 & 1/3 cup water or as required Ingredients required for coconut milk 1 cup fresh coconut 1/2 & 1/3 cup warm water Other ingredients required 1 medium onion (chopped) 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 2 green chillies (slit) 1 1/2 cups water Oil (I used coconut oil) Salt to taste M0uqFMLZUvA |
