Ingredients: 2 large cucumbers washed and cut into wedges (or can leave whole) 6 cups water 1/4 cup Kosher salt or sea salt 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 3 bay leaves 6 cloves minced garlic Couple spriggs of fresh Dill (OPTIONAL) I did not add this in this video Disolve salt in water Place cucumbers in jar Add all spices then salt water, fill to top, place lid on jar and leave on counter for about 1 day then place in fridge.
