Make it for your Holi celebrations or any festive celebration or enjoy it with your shaam ki chai 😍... 💛 Moong Daal Kachori 💛 Ingredients :- For the outer cover : Maida - 2 cups Ghee - 4 tbsp Salt as per taste water for kneading For the filling : Moong Daal - 1/2 cup Besan - 3 tbsp Oil - 3 tbsp Hing / Asafoetida powder - 1/4 tsp Jeera - 1 tsp Crushed coriander seeds - 1tbsp Saunf / Fennel seeds - 1tsp Haldi powder - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Roasted jeera powder - 1 tsp Roasted coriander powder - 1tsp Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Chaat masala powder - 1 tsp Kasuri methi - 1tsp Salt as per taste Sugar - 1/2 tsp Water - 1/4 cup 🌟 Tips 🌟 ▶️ Make the outer dough of semi soft consistency. If the dough is soft,it will soak oil while frying and it wont be Khasta. ▶️ Deep fry the kachoris on low flame or it won't cook from inside.
