| Video Discription | Here's how to switch between the High-Energy and Comfort Optix® Glare-Control Lenses in the HappyLight Liberty Full-Size 10,000 Lux Light Therapy Lamp. Learn more about this HappyLight at https://goo.gl/4na3r4 --- This HappyLight comes with 2 lenses that allow you to change the intensity of the light. The Comfort Optix® Glare-Control Lens (the blue one) is installed when you receive your lamp. This lens provides a comfortable amount of light and a lower light intensity. The High-Energy Lens (the white one) is the second lens that comes in the box when you receive your lamp. This lens provides a bright light at a higher light intensity. Additionally, you can use the switch on the lamp to adjust the light intensity between high and low to further customize the light. HOW TO SWAP OUT THE LENSES STEP 1 - Pull the cover off the lamp using the tip of your finger or fingernail. If it doesn't come right off, pull a little harder. STEP 2 - Swap out the current lens with the one you want STEP 3 - Attach cover (the interior magnets will snap it back into place) Need help?
