Ingredients: Chicken Tikka: Chicken 1kg(8-12pieces) Red Chili Powder 2tea spoon Thymol seeds 1/2tea spoon Salt to taste Red Chili Flakes 1tea spoon Tumeric powder 1/2tea spoon Roasted & crushed cumin seeds 2tea spoon Lemon Juice 4tbl spoon All Spices Powder 1tea spoon Oil 4tbl spoon Red Food Color 3/4tea spoon Yogurt 4tbl spoon Ginger Garlic Paste 2tbl spoon Pulao: Rice 1kg Oil 1cup Onion 4(medium) All spices 1tea spoon Tomatoes 4 Ginger Garlic Paste 2tbl spoon Salt to taste Green Chilies Paste 4tbl spoon Funnel seeds powder 1tea spoon Cumin Seeds 1tea spoon Mint 1tbl spoon Yogurt 1/2 cup Water 6cups Nutmeg & mace powder 1/4tea spoon Method: Mix all ingredients of chicken tikka & left it for half an hour... then cook it until it dried & smoked with a charcoal, set aside... Add onion & all spices in oil, cook until it golden brown, add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste & all other spices, also add half of the chicken tikka masala, add water , rice & nutmeg & mace powder, layered with remaining tikka masala, chicken tikka pieces & food color... Cook at slow flame for 10-15 minutes... Chicken Tikka Pulao is ready... Serve it with salad...
