A supercentenarian is someone who lived to be at least 110 years old. • Okinawa has the highest number of centenarians in the world. A centenarian is someone who lived to be at least 100 years old. • Japan has the lowest number of age-related diseases. • The obesity rates in Japan are one of the lowest in the world. • Japan has a law that forces people to focus on their waist size. Waist size is a direct reflection of the amount of insulin in the body.
