This time I'm using Clawhammer Supply's 120V EBIAB system to brew with, and since its a new system for me I decided to brew a classic German Helles Lager on it to see what the efficiencies were like. ------------------------------------------------------- CLAWHAMMER SUPPLY SYSTEM: http://www.clawhammersupply.com/?aff=11 ------------------------------------------------------- Since its a manufactured system, if you happen to own this system or a similar one, you will be able to just copy and paste my recipes if you want to brew them, so I decided to also start building my water profile off of distilled water instead of my tap water. Again this should make it very easy to duplicate my brews going forward. The brew day was fantastic, the system is lovely and easy to use, and the Helles turned out great! OR, ferment at room temperature under 5 PSI (0.34 bar) of pressure or 7-9 days.
