To all the 80s Kids: Enjoy my tribute while you can and may it bring back a flood of happy memories like running home after school or waking up early Saturday mornings to see these great shows. Smile (even shed a tear), your childhood is waving at you and still lives ^_^ FAQ: Q: Some of the dates in the credits look off...Are they right? A: I got the dates from Wikipedia back in 2007 so it's the fault of the editors there if the credits are wrong. And besides, the video's been up here for years; changes can't be made no matter how big of a deal people make of the dates x) Q: Why are Superfriends and Captain Planet in the video when their years aren't in the 80s? A: I watched Superfriends in the 80s and I saw a preview show of Captain Planet in 1989 so I let them in. The same goes for Tranzor Z (originally Mazinger Z) which first aired in another decade and country, but since I was finally able to watch them in the 80's, I decided to let them in the video as well. Q: I thought Dragon's Lair was just a game? A: One afternoon, they showed the whole game played through seemlessly on cable. Good enough to be cartoon for me (even if it was brief) so I say it makes the cut. After the upload, I've been told by fans of this video that it was an actual series so hey that works out :) Q: Why is the quality of the video so rough? A: It's a combination of my inexperienced video editing and old VHS cassette tapes. Q: How come you don't respond to comments like you used to back in the day? A: I only stop by in youtube for a brief moment because I got lots to do in the day. But my responses would pretty much be the same for your awesome comments: "Thank you so much and it was my pleasure making this for you." =) Q: You forgot some! What about M.A.S.K., Centurions, Voltron Vehicle Force, Silverhawks, Turbo Teen, Pawpaw Bears, etc., etc., etc??? A: What you see in the video is what I could get at the time. They were also what went best with the music x) Q: Will you ever make a version of this tribute with some (if not all) of the missing 80s cartoons people ask you to include? A: If this gets more than 5 million views and I'm still around, I'll seriously consider starting another version for you all ;) Q: What game is that at the end of the credits? A: Guild Wars (the ninja was what I played as while my friend--who helped me find shows--preferred a red elementalist).
