They're very well-known as High-Class Restaurant for weddings and Corporate functions, and Family Gatherings. We're so surprised with this place, and we'll tell you why in a while. Mr. Loy Tan personally welcomed us, such a humble person. He's a person who always shares his experiences with lots of Passion. What surprises us, his vast experience in the F&B industry; his challenging younger days in the kitchen; transitioning to be the Founder of Maple Palace, amazing life stories, a very successful in many ways. We'd some of their signature dishes, including Iberico; really delicious. We also had Traditional Crispy Peking Duck, some refreshing desserts. The combination of the food ingredients, cooking styles, saucing; there's no words, every plate is so tasty. One thing that we must tell you here; Chef David went to the kitchen (with permission but we didn't inform them earlier) Their kitchen is VERY CLEAN! We want to give them 10 Stars for keeping the kitchen so CLEAN and tidy. Unexpected and we're very happy with that. Not only Maple Palace serves delicious food with the finest ingredients, the kitchen is clean, attentive service and they are very dedicated to keep the standard with lots of Passion.
