| Video Discription | I realized that even though this video has been posted numerous times and played on TV stations around the world, it has never been posted in it's entirety. This gives you a better glimpse of what a two wave hold down at Mavericks is really like. This is what inspires my training techniques. Hard cardio output straight into anaerobic situations.
