Provide courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and every guest's request. Take reservations at the counter when the reservation department is closed. Handle all mails, messages, packages, flowers, gifts and other items for guests. Check out guests courteously and accurately. Ensure that guests depart from the hotel with a positive impression from the Guest Services team. Post all charge without delay and update the folios, post the advance deposit.
