I will lay out an easy way a lot of people can lose 15 lbs quickly. This is based on using the Carnivore diet along with intermittent fasting to drop 15 lbs or more quickly. Watch the video, use the suggested meals and comment on your results.
****IMPORTANT NOTE!! - use lots of butter to cook eggs and steaks. Fat is NECESSARY for this to work so don't skimp. You should literally eat 0 sugar on this plan. If you drink coffee in the morning limit it to 2 cups BLACK! Eat until you are "comfortably stuffed" and don't worry about counting calories. Steak amounts are approximate and don't have to be followed exactly, just estimate. After day 4 or 5 you should notice your appetite subsiding and you may skip any listed meal from here on out. JUST DON'T eat outside the 11:30-5:30 window. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!
Day 1 : 11:30 AM - 3 eggs w/salt & pepper, 3 pieces of bacon, 10 oz sirloin steak. | 5:30 PM - 4 eggs w salt & pepper, 3 pieces of bacon, 10-12 oz strip steak or sirloin
Day 2 : 11:30 AM - 3 eggs w/salt & pepper, 3 pieces of bacon, 10 oz sirloin steak. | 5:30 PM - 4 eggs w salt & pepper, 3 pieces of bacon, 10-12 oz strip steak or sirloin
Day 3 : 11:30 AM - 4 eggs w/salt & pepper, 4 pieces of bacon, 10 oz sirloin steak. | 5:30 PM - 4 eggs w salt & pepper, 4 pieces of bacon, 10-12 oz strip steak or sirloin

Day 5 : 11:30 AM - 3 eggs w salt & pepper, 3 pieces of bacon, 10-12 oz ribeye steak | 5:30 PM 4 pieces of bacon, 12 oz strip or ribeye steak
Day 6 : 11:30 AM -2 hamburger patties pan fried in butter, 2 over easy eggs on top, 4 pieces of bacon | 5:30 PM - 4 eggs w/ salt & pepper, 3 pieces of bacon, 10 oz sirloin
Day 7 : 11:30 AM - 3 eggs w/salt & pepper, 3 pieces of bacon, 10 oz sirloin steak. | 5:30 PM - 4 eggs w salt & pepper, 3 pieces of bacon, 10-12 oz strip steak or sirloin
Day 8 : 11:30 AM - 3 egg omlette with bacon & ground meat, 3 pieces of bacon| 5:30 PM - 4 eggs w salt & pepper, 3 pieces of bacon, 10-12 oz strip steak or sirloin
Day 9 : 11:30 AM - 3 eggs w/salt & pepper, 3 pieces of bacon, 10-12 oz T-bone. | 5:30 PM - 4 eggs w salt & pepper, 3 pieces of bacon, 10-12 oz ground meat.
