Cut meat into small pieces 800 Grams and squeeze onion water 300 Grams add 1 spoon salt,and squeeze onion water on meat mix it hardly for 15 min to absorb onion water and salt. Then add 1 cup oil and red crushed Chillies 2 spoon and mix meat for another 15 min leave for 5 hours or overnight Then Bar BQ for 15 min and serve with Naan And chutney.
