WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE BANANA BREAD BROWNIES?
These light, moist and sweet banana bread brownies are easy to make
You will need simple ingredients for the banana bread brownies – sugar, sour cream, butter, eggs, bananas, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, chopped walnuts, powdered sugar, and milk.
HOW TO MAKE BANANA BREAD BROWNIES?
Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a mixing bowl, mix together 1 ½ cups sugar, 1 cup sour cream, 1 stick (½ cup) softened butter, and 2 eggs using an electric mixer. Beat until well combined. Add 3 mashed bananas and 2 tsp vanilla extract to the batter. Mix until combined.
Add the dry ingredients (2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, ¾ tsp salt) to the batter. Mix until combined.
Stir in ½ cup chopped walnuts.
Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Then, pour the banana batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until ready. Check the readiness of the Banana Bread Brownies using a toothpick inserted in the center, if it comes out clean – the brownies are ready. Remove the baking pan from the oven. Let it cool slightly.
While the brownies are cooling, prepare the frosting. In a saucepan, melt 1 stick (½ cup) butter and heat until medium brown color. Turn off the heat and add 3 cups powdered sugar (1 cup at a time), stir until combined after each addition. Then, add 3 tbsp milk and 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract. Mix until combined. SUXAbUNg_bw |
