| Video Discription | Welcome to MJ's Kitchen, Today's recipe is Flower Shaped Chicken Buns, Ingredients for dough: ½ cup Milk, 1 Egg, 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil, 1½ tsp. Instant Yeast, 1 tsp Powdered Sugar, ½ tsp Salt, 4 cup Flour, Water as needed. Ingredients for Chicken: 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil, 1 small Onion (chopped), 1 tsp crushed Garlic, 1½ cup Boneless Chicken (small cubes), ½ tsp Salt, ½ tsp Chili Flakes, ½ tsp Black Pepper, ½ tsp Paprika Powder, 1 tsp Oregano, 2 tbsp. Water, 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp. Chili Sauce, 3~4 tbsp. Capsicum (small cubes), & 3~4 tbsp. Sweet Corn. Method: - To prepare dough for buns, add milk, egg, cooking oil, instant yeast, sugar, salt & flour in a bowl. - Gradually add water and knead the dough. - Apply cooking oil on the dough, cover it and let it rise for 2 hours. - To prepare chicken filling add oil in pan and sauté onion until translucent. - Add garlic once onion softened, cook for a minute. - Add boneless chicken and cook for 3~4 minutes. - Now add salt, chili flakes, black pepper, paprika powder, oregano, water and cook for 2~3 minutes. - Add soy sauce, chili sauce, capsicum and sweet corn. - Cook for a minute and turn off stove. - Make small balls from the dough and flat with roller. - Put a spoonful of chicken filling at one side. - Cut stripes from the other sides. - Fold it to make the bun. - Place them in cupcakes tray and let them double proof for 30 minutes. - After 30 minutes, brush buns with egg. - Sprinkle sesame seeds on them and bake at 180°C for 30~35 minutes. - Our delicious recipe of Flower shaped stuffed buns is ready. - Hit Like button if you do like this recipe, share it. - and subscribe to my channel, good bye. - Recipe video: https://youtu.be/pI7TrHZeoMw . . .
