| Video Discription | I know what it feels like to be so tired that you wonder whether you’re ever going to feel normal again. When you are experiencing bone deep fatigue, recharging can seem impossible. So how can you recover your energy? I’d like to share 3 ways with you that can help you begin to feel better. 1. The first is to accept your situation. Accept what you are experiencing. This is where you are. You don’t have to like it. But accepting that you are experiencing fatigue as it is, no matter how debilitating, is the start of feeling better. When we are fighting what actually is, judging ourselves or the situation that we are in, we lose precious vitality. 2. The second is to pay attention to the voice inside that tells you that you need to rest. We tend to ignore this voice because we are so focused on meeting a goal or simply getting through a hard time. But it plays a really important role. It serves as a caution flag that we need to take care of ourselves now, so we can shine in the long run. 3. The third is to act on that voice. For example, choose the one thing you can let go of today – and actually let it go. Doing the opposite of what has led you to feel exhausted is an important step in feeling better. Remember, the world needs you. But it doesn’t need you all at once.
