As a past-President of ACTO (Association of Coach Training Organization) and over 20-years as a professional Co-Active Coach, she has actively campaigned to raise awareness of the power of working with a personal or executive coach. In her TEDxOlympicBlvdWomen talk, Cynthia Loy Darst answers the question, "How can you feel safe within yourself? Safe from the nasty, loud and whiny thoughts that occur between your ears?" Most of us go through life bullying ourselves or tolerating loud repetitive thoughts that don't seem to go away.
