| Video Discription | La Vie En Rose, by Louis Guglielmi (b. 1906 – 1956) and Edith Piaf (b. 1915 - 1963) , arranged by Sally Beaumont On October 9, 2023, the Far Eastern University Center for the Arts (FCA) staged an All-Harp Concert in the FEU Auditorium featuring twelve (12) Filipino Harpists. The song La Vie En Rose, by Louis Guglielmi (b. 1906 – 1956) and Edith Piaf (December 19, 1915 - October 10, 1963), arranged by Sally Beaumont, was performed by Paola Espeleta de Leon, a data Engineer by profession. During her time at St. Scholastica’s College Manila, she discovered that her heart is tuned to music when she learned to play the piano and violin. In March 2021, amidst the pandemic, Paola pursued a new musical exploration under the guidance of the talented harpist Madeline Jane Banta. The harp has become her source of solace and inspiration. With this performance, Paola shares her passion for the harp through this love song. Her husband is an alumnus of the FEU Bamboo Band. BID6CQaaEYA |
