Chicken Cacciatore • 500-gram chicken • Salt • Black pepper powder • 1 onion, chopped • 1 Green bell pepper • 1 red bell pepper • 100-gram white button mushroom • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped • 1 tsp Black pepper powder • Salt to taste • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning • 1 cup chicken broth • 2 cups crushed tomatoes Step by step instructions to make Chicken Cacciatore • Season the chicken with salt & pepper. Set this aside. • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan/wok over high heat. • Cook chicken until golden on both sides. • Remove and set this aside. • In the same pan, add onions, and bell peppers. Saute for 2-3 minutes. • Add mushroom and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes • Add black pepper powder, salt, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Saute it for a minute. • Next, add chicken broth and tomatoes. Stir to combine. Let it come to a boil. • Taste and add salt, if required. • Add the chicken. • Reduce the heat, cover, and cook it for 30 minutes on low heat. • Chicken Cacciatore is ready.
