The new version of the Focus Izalco Max was launched globally last week. (Stock is expected to arrive in Australia by the end of 2023.) I have a large Izalco Max 9.9 (with Shimano Dura-Ace, AUD$13,999) to test and during my second ride on the bike you get an overview of the ride sensations – great! – and watch as I realise that, after all this time, a large might be a more suitable size for me.
