Action and adventure assures as he weaves his way around connecting with people and places that no longer exist. This movie is special to me because of just that. Documenting Kowloon Walled City and even the skyline that has now evolved and grown into something unimaginable. Hong Kong moves so fast sometimes you don’t even see the change when you’re in the mix of it. My dishes are not meant to be nostalgic. I create and put food together just like my fascination with Bloodsport. I aim to bring together things I saw growing up, a mishmash of fun, wild, and sweet memories from the very past and very recent."
