Kalratri was born due to the brilliance of her mother's sadhana. When Maa Durga was killing Raktabeej, hundreds of demons were born from the blood of Raktbeej that fell on the earth. Then Maa Durga requested Kalratri to eat those demons. Then Mother Kalika started taking Raktabeej's blood in her mouth even before it fell on the ground. In this way, Mother Kalika started wearing a garland of shavings around her neck, cutting the throats of Asuras on the battlefield. In this way, Raktabeej was killed in battle. This form of Maa Durga is called Kalratri. Nine forms of Maa Durga are worshiped during Navratri. On the seventh day of worship, worship of Kalratri is done with complete rituals. According to religion, the eyes of the mother are opened on this day. In this form, the body of the mother is seen scattered with black hair and wearing a garland of hair around her neck. Worshiping Kalratri protects one from the evil wrath of Kaal. According to Hindu scriptures, worshiping Kalratri opens the doors of all the accomplishments of the universe forever. If the mantra of one letter of the mother falls in the ears, even the evil soul becomes a speaker who speaks a sweet voice.
