Laurie is a rancher, dog trainer, and all around wonderful dog person. Here and her Kelpie live a wonderful life tending to the sheep and cattle on her ranch. The Australian Kelpie is a reliable and intelligent cow dog. Arguably along with the Border Collie, the Kelpie is considered the preeminent herding dog breed. The Australian Kelpie, or simply Kelpie, is an Australian sheep dog successful at mustering and droving with little or no guidance. It is a medium-sized dog and comes in a variety of colours.
