| Video Discription | Ingredients Jackfruit core - 1 1/2 Green chilli - 2 to 3 nos Garlic - 8 to 9 nos Curry leaves - 3 to 4 sprigs Cumin seed -1 tsp Grated coconut - 1/2 cup Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Dry red chilli - 3 to 4 sprigs Mustard seed - 1 tsp Salt - 1 or 2 tsp Method Firstly, we have to remove the outer thorny green skin of the jackfruit and cut it in half. Then separate the jackfruit and core, set aside. Then chop the jackfruit core and set it aside. Then grind green chilli, cumin seed and garlic into a fine paste. Again, add grated coconut, turmeric powder and curry leaves to the coarse paste and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seed and let them splutter. Then add dry red chillies and shallots and sauté them well. Then add a few curry leaves and saute them aside. Add the chopped jackfruit core and mix them well. Then add the grounded coconut mix and pour a little bit of water. Sprinkle some salt on them and mix them well. Cover and cook till the core becomes soft. Cook for a few minutes till the thoran is completely cooked and the water has dried. Remove from the fire and set aside. Serve the tasty jackfruit core stir fry with meals. ചക്ക ചവുണി : 1½ കപ്പ് പച്ചമുളക് : 2/3 എണ്ണം വെളുത്തുള്ളി : 8/9 അല്ലി കറിവേപ്പില : 3/4 എണ്ണം ജീരകം : 1 സ്പൂൺ തേങ്ങ ചിരക്കിയത് : ½ കപ്പ് മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി : ½ സ്പൂൺ വറ്റൽമുലക് : 3/4 എണ്ണം കടുക് : 1 സ്പൂൺ ഉപ്പ് : 1/2 സ്പൂൺ പാകം ചെയ്യുന്ന വിധം ചക്ക ചവുണി ചെറുതായി അരിഞ്ഞെടുക്കാം.അരപ്പ് തയാറാക്കാൻ പച്ചമുളക്,ജീരകം,വെളുത്തുള്ളി ചേർത്ത് അരച്ച് തേങ്ങ,മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി,കറിവേപ്പിലായും ചേർത്ത് ചതച്ച് എടുക്കാം.ഒരു ചട്ടി വച്ചാണ് എണ്ണ ഒഴിച്ച് കടുക് പൊട്ടിച് വറ്റൽമുളക്,ചെറിഉള്ളി ചേർത്ത് ഇളക്കി കറിവേപ്പില ചേർക്കാം.ചെറുതായി കോത്തി അരിഞ്ഞ ചവുണി ചേർത്ത് ഇളക്കി അരപ്പ് ചേർത്ത് പാകത്തിന് ഉപ്പ് ചേർത്ത് ഇളക്കി അടച് വെക്കാം.ഇടക്ക് മൂടി തുറന്ന് ഇളക്കി കൊടുക്കാം.വെന്തതിന് ശേഷം വാഗിവെക്കാം.
